What's Next?
While I have been proud of and enjoyed much of what I have accomplished to date, I find myself in a phase in my life of refusing to be defined by what I have already done. I want to be known for what I have yet to achieve, and I am very much looking forward to what the future holds.

Continuous learning and a growth mindset requires input. Lots of it.
I found myself saying I wanted to read more, but was self-sabotaging when it came to finding time to do so. In lieu of excuses, I found that the best way of making sure the reading happened was to make sure I had a book for all occasions. I now have multiple going at the same time on different platforms - kindle, phone, audiobook, physical - ensures I have little or no excuse to not be reading. Here are a few of my reads so far this year.

I set up the performance marketing offering for Neo@Ogilvy for the region building a result data driven offering for clients across programmatic, search and affiliates.
Running the team and the business meant running day-to-day operations while developing new business.
This phase of my career saw me quickly promoted from a manager through to running the department in a span of 4 years.

On a more personal front
Originally from Malaysia, I came to Singapore almost 20 years ago on my own when I secured an ASEAN Pre-University scholarship. I eventually met my husband here and Singapore is now home for us and our three children.
The power of resilience
I am a true believer in the power of grit. I know what it means to face setbacks, endure challenges and yet, continuously come back with vigour and energy to see things through.
Continual investment in self
Every encounter and experience is an opportunity to learn and invest in oneself. I believe in the power of incremental improvements and strive to be just a little bit better today than I was yesterday.
